Founder Program Details
Consideration for Founder membership begins with a simple introduction. After connecting, our Founder Program Coordinator will coordinate a time to review the program in detail and answer any questions. All submitted information remains confidential.
Founder Deposit
Founder participation includes a refundable deposit
The deposit is payable following acceptance and signing of the Founder Agreement
Deposits are refundable after 30 years or Foundership may be transferred to family member once
Should the Wild Spring Dunes project not proceed for any reason, all Founder deposits will be returned in full
These terms ensure that becoming a Founder is both meaningful and secure.

Founders receive priority opportunities to experience Wild Spring Dunes during the preview period as the course and facilities continue to take shape ahead of grand opening.

No. Wild Spring Dunes is a golf retreat community, not a conventional country club. Founders are part of a destination built around great golf and genuine hospitality.
When will grand opening occur?
Grand opening is planned for September 2026, with expanded preview opportunities leading up to that time.
What does the deposit secure?
The Founder deposit secures early participation, preferred access, and a place among the initial community helping shape Wild Spring Dunes.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. Founder deposits are refundable after 30 years or upon resignation as a Founder. If the project were not to proceed, deposits would be returned in full.
