Founders are invited to experience Wild Spring Dunes during its earliest days, with opportunities to visit and play as the courses and gathering places take shape ahead of opening. These early rounds offer a rare chance to see the land evolve and to become part of the story from the beginning.
Acceptance Process
Foundership is by invitation and consideration. The process is designed to foster a community of individuals who share a common appreciation for the game, the land, and the experience we are creating together.
Founder Deposit
A refundable deposit is required upon acceptance into the Founder Program and execution of the Founder Agreement.
Foundership may be transferred once to an immediate family member. Alternatively, the deposit may be refunded after 30 years, subject to the terms of the Founder Agreement.
In the event that Wild Spring Dunes does not move forward, all Founder deposits will be returned in full.
The Founder Program is structured to provide long-term flexibility while supporting the creation of a place intended to endure for generations.
