  • No. Wild Spring Dunes is a golf retreat community built around destination golf and genuine hospitality, not a conventional country club.

  • The Founder deposit secures early participation, preferred access, and a place among the initial community helping shape Wild Spring Dunes.

  • Yes. Founder deposits are refundable after 30 years or upon resignation as a Founder. If the project were not to proceed, deposits would be returned in full.

  • Absolutely. The first step is simply a conversation. We encourage prospective Founders to ask questions and learn everything they would like to know before moving forward.
